Return and refund policy
Unfortunately, as a small dice making business, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. All our sets are unique and one of a kind, thus all sales are considered final. All our sets are handmade from start to finish, and as such, the dice are subject to minor flaws, such as mold marks, microscrathes from sanding, microbubbles, patched up holes etc. These flaws however do not affect the playability of the dice. We do our best to describe and show all significant imperfections, but these do not qualify your purchased item for a refund or exchange. We want ensure you that we would never sell products that doesn’t match our standards.
However, if your dice get lost or damaged during the shipping process, or you receive the wrong items, we want to help you. Please, don’t hesitate to contact us at draugur.dice@gmail.com, and we’ll figure something out together.
Please also note that our shipments might arrive with free gifts such as stickers or extra dice. These items are complimentary and are not a subject to our return policy.
