Shipping policy
Delivery times and restrictions
All items in our store are premade and are ready to be packaged and shipped. We ship our products in cardboard boxes. It usually takes 1-3 working days to prepare your order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, holidays, or even weather conditions (as we ship from Iceland), but on average the shipping time can be estimated as follows:
- Iceland: 1-2 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Please keep in mind that circumstances might not allow us to ship to certain locations internationally. We do our best to provide information if this occurs.
Currently we are unable to ship to Aland Islands, Bahamas, Belarus, Chad, Equatorial Guinea, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Liberia, Libya, Mauritania, Russian Federation, Saint Barthelemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sudan, and Yemen.
Shipping prices
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. We send our shipments as trackable parcels from Iceland, therefore our shipping prices might vary between countries.
Customs and taxes upon receiving orders
In the case of international orders, an additional customs and tax fee can occur depending on the location. We have no control over these additional fees as it’s assessed by your local customs office.
Incorrect shipping information
Upon the unfortunate event of filling in incorrect shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at draugur.dice@gmail.com, so we can fix the issue.
If the order gets shipped out to the wrong delivery address, the shipping address is considered insufficient by the courier, or the shipment is unclaimed, the shipment might get returned to us. In this case, we’ll ask you to cover reshipment costs, once the address is updated, before we ship the order again.
Tracking orders
Tracking numbers are provided alongside the order shortly after the shipping label is created and is sent out via email when the order ships out.
If your shipment is delayed, remember to check with your local post office before reaching out to us in case the order is being held there for customs, taxes, or for any other possible reason. If this is the case, you’re responsible for contacting the post office/customs office, as it is out of our hands.
